Gravitus in ChatGPT and Claude
Ask your AI assistant for a training program, or ask how your lift compares with other lifters. Gravitus answers with programs built from its exercise library and with strength data from workouts logged by Gravitus members. You do not need an account to use it.

What it does
Build a training program
Tell the assistant your goal, your experience, how many days a week you train (1 to 6), how long each session is and what equipment you have. If an area such as your knees or lower back is sore or injured, say so and Gravitus builds around it.
Gravitus builds a 4 to 16 week program with exercises, sets, reps and rest for every training day. A build usually takes 15 to 30 seconds. The finished program appears in the chat with a gravitus.com link where you can view it and save it to your account. ChatGPT and Claude can also show a program card that fills in as the program builds.
See how a lift compares
Ask how strong a lift is and Gravitus compares it with estimated one-rep maxes logged by Gravitus members of the same sex. The answer gives your percentile and, if you share your bodyweight, your strength level and where the next level starts.
Ask without a weight to get the average for men or women. Answers come in pounds or kilograms, with a link to the full strength standards table.
- Bench press
- Squat
- Deadlift
- Overhead press
- Barbell row
- Romanian deadlift
- Incline bench press
- Front squat
The assistant does not use Gravitus for single one-off workouts, running or cardio-only plans, nutrition, or medical rehabilitation.

Tools
build_programStarts building a program from your answers and returns a link to view and save it. Creates an anonymous program on Gravitus, reachable only through that link.
get_programReturns the finished program as text, with every day, exercise, set and rep. Read only.
lookup_strength_standardReturns the percentile, strength level or average for a lift by sex and bodyweight. Read only.
get_program_draftUsed only by the program card to check whether a program has finished building. Read only.
Data and privacy
- Programs you build
- Gravitus stores the program and the preferences you gave to build it (goal, experience, schedule, equipment, any injuries or limitations, and any requests you typed) so you can open it on gravitus.com. If you do not save it to a Gravitus account, the program and those preferences are deleted after 30 days. If you save it, it becomes part of your Gravitus account and is handled like the rest of your account data.
- Strength lookups
- Your bodyweight and the weight you lifted are used to answer that one question and are never stored.
- Usage log
- Gravitus keeps an anonymous log of each request: which tool was used, whether it worked, how long it took, which assistant sent it, a one-way hashed version of the anonymous id the assistant provides, language, country, and for strength lookups the lift and the resulting percentile. The log is not linked to you unless you save a program to your Gravitus account, which links that program's requests to your account.
- What Gravitus does not receive
- Gravitus does not receive your name, email, account details or your conversation with the assistant, only what the assistant sends to Gravitus for each request.
- Your assistant
- The AI assistant's own privacy policy covers what it does with your conversation.

Limits
Gravitus applies fair-use limits so the service stays fast for everyone. There is a daily limit on how many programs one person can build, a limit on builds running at the same time, an overall daily limit across all users, and a per-minute limit on strength lookups. When you reach a limit, the assistant tells you and you can try again later.
Asking for the same program again within a short time returns the program already built instead of starting a new one.
