About Gravitus
Gravitus is the workout tracker built by lifters, for lifters. Since 2015, we've helped over 300,000 dedicated lifters log workouts, track progress, and push past their limits.
The Story
Gravitus started with a simple frustration: existing workout apps were either too complicated or built by people who had never stepped foot in a weight room. I wanted something fast, focused on progressive overload, and built around the way serious lifters actually train.
Over the years, a number of talented people have helped build Gravitus into what it is today — engineers, designers, writers, and lifters who all shared the same vision. Today, Gravitus has logged over 10 million workouts and serves a community of lifters across the globe. The strength standards, exercise guides, and training programs are all derived from real data collected from our user base — not theoretical formulas pulled from textbooks.

Our Data
With over 10 million workouts logged, Gravitus has one of the largest real-world strength training datasets. We use this data to power our strength standards, which provide evidence-based benchmarks using allometric scaling across bodyweight categories. Unlike standards based on small studies or expert opinion, ours reflect how real lifters actually perform.
